From Low Lunge, reach back for to grab your ankle. Use a strap, towel or belt as a prop to reach your foot. Using your prop, pull the prop towards your body to intensify the stretch over time. Place the opposite hand to block, chair or table for support if needed. Release the strap after 5 breaths.
